Privacy policy
Last updated September 1, 2026 · Applies to reinspro.com and the Reinspro apps
We collect the minimum needed to run Reinspro: your email, your saved items and basic usage data. We never sell personal data, and you can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time.
01What we collect
Account data: the email address you sign in with and the one-time login codes we send to it. Reinspro has no passwords.
Library data: the screens, sections and flows you save, the collections you create and the filters you use.
Usage data: pages viewed, searches made and device or browser information, collected to keep the service working and to understand which parts of the library are useful.
02How we use it
To sign you in, sync your saved items across devices and remember your preferences.
To bill your subscription and send receipts, trial reminders and renewal notices.
To improve the catalogue, for example by surfacing the most-saved patterns. Aggregate statistics never identify you.
05Your rights
You can export or delete your data from the account settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your saved items and collections within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK or a jurisdiction with similar rules, you also have the right to access, correct and restrict processing of your data, and to complain to your local authority.
06Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is active. Usage logs are kept for 12 months. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside the company is limited to people who need it to do their job.
07Changes
When this policy changes in a meaningful way we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
